Nice place! Tried Malaysian food for the first time — really liked it. Tasty, affordable, and unusual. I had a chicken pie — it was amazing!

Very impressed resto! They have various menu for foods and drinks. I tried prata Hussin which one of best seller, nasi lemak sotong, nasi lemak paru, naan butter, horlicks sedjuk, teh hussin (tea with spices like cardamom, cinnamon, etc), roti kaya toast, roti peanut toast, teh O, and kopi. Almost all menu are good with best price in this area.

I’ve been to this restaurant a dozen times over the last three weeks I’ve been in KL. This has been my go-to eat out spot because it’s incredible. Extremely warm & friendly staff, delicious tandoori chicken, beef kebabs, fried rice, and non-stop kopi ice coffees have been my go to food choices. Amazing value in terms of how much flavorful food you get for the price point. If you are a western tourist and want an authentic and laid back place to eat then hit this place up, you won’t regret it. For me I have another two weeks in KL so I plan on eating here another 10 times or so. Keep up the good work!

20 Jun 2025, Friday, 8.30am The Squid Nasi Lemak RM13 tasted average. The fried Squid and ikanbilis aren't impressive and the rice is too wet and soft. Sambal is sweet, more for westerners. Considering this is their recommended dish, I'm not impressed. 3 stars. 19 Jun 2025, Thursday, 10.15 am It's getting quite hot outdoors. I ordered chicken mutabak (4 stars), and teh tarik without sugar. The tea is quite diluted, I prefer stronger tea with non-sweeten milk. 18 Jun 2025, Wednesday, 8.30am Had tissue prata today. It was impressive and tasted great but very oily, not recommended to eat more than once a year, lol. Egg and onion prata was very healthy, no oil at all. It was a great breakfast, just below the apartment hotel that I am staying in. I will eat there again and update more photos.

Went here for breakfast located next to The Robertson Suites / St Anthony's Catholic Chapel, Jalan Pudu / Bukit Bintang. Mamak roti telur was freshly made and crisp with large iced milk tea (RM7). Patio dining tables and inside restaurant available. Service was good. Parking and wet toilets not so good. Recommend e-hailing.

iconic, or perhaps iconoastic, vibe. which is visually stunning. these folk have fresh milk, so that with bru or chai is clever option for caffeine. and much better value the atas options in the mall. food itself is ok. maggi goreng was fine, as was the roti and naan. fish (cutlet) curry, with bendi, is good. chicken was somewhat over-done. parking is difficult, and on the street attracts attention of the mata-mata. staff will kindly flag, so bonus there.
